What are the drop-off and pick-up times?

Drop-off times are between 8 a.m. and noon; pick-up times are determined individually.

Is the delivery and set-up time part of the rental time frame?

No, it does not take away from the rental time.

How long is the average rental?

Rentals are for a full day, usually eight to 10 hours.

What are the bounce house rules?

An adult must be present at all times. Shoes, food, candy, silly string, drinks, crayons, markers, or pens are not allowed inside the bounce houses. More details are included in the Renter's Agreement.

How much notice is required to rent a bounce house or slide?

At least 48 hours is required for any rental; however, the further out you make your reservation the better the chance you'll get the exact house you want.

What kind of surface and how much room is needed?

It is best to have a level surface with grass; however, houses can be set up on concrete or pavement as well (NO SAND OR MULCH). The amount of room needed varies, especially with combo bounce houses, but on average 20' by 20' space is enough.

What kind of power do we need?

The unit requires a 110V outlet, preferable separate from other items requiring electricity. The outlet must be located within 100 feet of the unit. A standard wall outlet provides 20 amp service. The blower for the inflatable should be the only thing plugged into this outlet.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the following areas: Lansing, East Lansing, Holt, Dewitt, Dimondale, Grand Ledge, Haslett, Mason, Okemos, Williamston, Eaton Rapids.

What is your policy on inclement weather?

Moonwalks should not be used during rain or winds above 15 mph. As such, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to bad weather. If weather conditions are uncertain and you accept the moonwalk, we will not issue refunds once the delivery and set-up is completed.

We request you give your name, event location, telephone numbers where you can be reached, the equipment you would like to rent, and any other details needed to ensure that you have a successful experience with us.

When and how may I pay for my rental?

   

We accept check, cash, or credit card. Checks must be received at least 5 business days before the rental. A $50 fee will be charged for returned checks. Cash or credit cards will be accepted the day of delivery, if not sooner.

*There is a nonrefundable $50 deposit fee for reservations if less than 14 days notice is given to cancel

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry liability insurance that covers all of our units. A copy of the policy will be provided upon request at time of delivery. We will also review safety instructions with you when we deliver the equipment.

Do you provide an attendant?

Yes! For an hourly fee we can provide you with an attendant.

Is there a cleaning fee?

   

No! As long as it is general cleaning, we will do it. If excessive cleaning is needed, a cleaning charge of $50 to $200 will be required. Concessions will need to be thoroughly cleaned upon return or you will be charged a cleaning fee of $35.

Can I pick up the unit?

Sorry, for the safety of the participants and to insure a quality functional unit, our staff is required to deliver and set up each unit.

We will also pick the unit up when finished.

What is the cancellation policy?

   

We request that you inform us of your need to reschedule/cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your event. This will allow us enough time to contact the customers on our wait list, and re-book the equipment. Of course, this policy does not apply to cancellations due to inclement weather.

Can an inflatable be set up in a park?

   

Yes. You will need to work with the Park Manager to determine specific requirements of the park. Some parks require that they be added to our liability insurance policy. If this is the case, we will charge an additional $100 for the additional insurance (our cost for adding the park to our policy).

What are my responsibilities?

You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage.

What are your policies?

Deliver is included in the price of all rentals over $150, within our standard service area. An additional delivery charge will be added for rentals under $150 or for any rentals over $150 outside our local delivery area. Please contact us for delivery charges to locations outside of our standard service area.
